Conditions for Refunds and Returns
Since our services involve custom translations rather than physical goods, "returns" are interpreted as order cancellations or requests for revisions/re-translations. Refunds apply to monetary reimbursements. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, and we require detailed evidence of the issue (e.g., a comparison highlighting errors in the translation).

Refund Conditions:
a) Quality-Related Issues: If the translation contains verifiable significant errors, inaccuracies, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., language accuracy, tone, or formatting), and we cannot resolve it through re-translation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. The refund amount will be based on the severity of the issue: minor errors may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50%), while major failures could result in a full refund.
b) Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the translation within the agreed timeframe due to reasons within our control, a full refund may be issued.
c) Billing Errors: Full refunds will be provided for overpayments, duplicate charges, or errors in billing attributable to us.
d) Timeframe: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests outside this window will not be considered.

Return (Cancellation or Revision) Conditions.
a) Re-Translation as an Alternative: For valid quality complaints, we prioritize offering a free re-translation instead of a refund. This will be performed by a different translator if requested, with delivery timelines based on the original word count (e.g., standard projects: 24-72 hours; large projects: up to 7 days).
b) Timeframe: Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Post-delivery revisions must be requested within 14 days.

Limitations and Exclusions
To ensure transparency, please be aware of the following limitations on refunds and returns:
a) No Refunds for Accepted or Used Services: Once you accept the translation (explicitly or by not raising issues within 14 days), or if you download, use, share, or publish the content, no refunds or returns will be available.
b) Client-Responsibility Exclusions: Issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear source materials provided by you are not eligible for refunds or re-translations. Similarly, changes in your requirements after processing begins (e.g., new scope, deadlines, or language adjustments) may require additional fees and are not refundable.
c) Partial Use or Minor Issues: If only part of the translation is unsatisfactory, we may offer a proportional partial refund or targeted revisions, but not a full one.
d) Force Majeure and External Factors: We do not provide refunds for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical outages, or third-party disruptions.
e) No Automatic Refunds: All requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if the complaint is deemed invalid (e.g., subjective dissatisfaction without evidence).
