To order a translation on our website, please follow these steps:

1. Register an Account: Sign up and confirm your email address.
2. Log In: After logging in, click on the “Order Translation” button.
3. Upload Document or Enter Text: Add the document you wish to translate or enter the text directly into the input field.
4. Choose Languages: Click on “Choose Languages” and select the source and target languages.
5. Select Translation Option: Choose the translation service that best suits your needs.
6. Complete Payment: Proceed with payment to finalize your order.

Receive results via Email: The translation will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

The translation time depends on the volume of text, the complexity of the content, and the service plan you select. Typically, translations are completed within a few minutes. However, for more complex materials, translation may take up to 24 hours or, in certain cases, up to 48 hours, depending on the complexity and the chosen service level.

Yes, we offer a free trial translation of up to 150 words so you can evaluate the quality of our service.
You can also upload a document in one of our supported formats (PDFs, Word files, PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets, HTML, and TXT files).

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the translation, please contact our support service.
We will review your case and offer possible solutions, including a re-translation or a refund.
